    Yes, its called a microphone, like the little ones people on tv clip on to their shirts. The only drawback is since its surgically implanted infection can occur. Also, mind the mic cord that gets hooked up to the speakers. If you step on the cord while the cat’s moving, it’ll pull the the mic right out of kitty’s neck. You’ll need stephen king to get that poor thing back up and running.
    Yes obamacare will cover it…but not if the cat was a member of the tea party.
